Tried canceling 1st shipment within hours of deciding to try this. They did not accept my cancellation.

After deciding that I did not need this product, within hours of giving them my debit card information and where to ship my order I e-mailed them saying I'd changed my mind. I asked them NOT to send me ANYTHING, yet a got a large box filled with products and my card was debited. About a month later, a smaller box arrived and again they took money from my account----all after notifying them within a hour of my whim to try this product line that I wanted the order cancelled. I would not advise anyone to do business with this website. I had to borrow money just to pay a bill because of the way they disregarded my request to cancel my order.

Poor costumer service ! They messed up my order and they were suppose to reimburse my feed back and it's been 2 weeks they still haven't reimburse me back my money and I called them multiply times and they keep on saying the manager will call you back regard to the issue . How hard it is to credit my account back ? I have to call my credit card company to disputed the charge ! So unprofessional and I've been a client with them for 3 years after this I will take my bussiness somewhere else !

Sometimes there is simply human error, we understand, but we always correct our mistakes once we are made aware of them. Please call customer service and ask for a supervisor to review this account. We will get back to you within one to two business days with an answer. If you had a return authorization and your return was received within the two weeks you mentioned, there would have been a refund issued.

Often times it can take more that two weeks for a shipment to get back to us via USPS, but all returns are processed in a timely manner once they are received.

I don't like how this company does business. It took three months to receive my initial order. Now received an email from Cristina Cosmetics saying that they could not make a payment. this payment was not authorized. I sent an email telling them that I would no longer need their services and they are still charging my account.

Attempting to CANCEL product/autoship

I ordered the Perfect Pigment and was happy with it. However, I did NOT care to continue receiving it.

Before the 60 days was up, I have attempted to call Christina Cosmetics but my attempts have been futile. NO ONE ever returns my calls!

And just today, I received another shipment that I did NOT authorize. I am VERY upset with this company and in my opinion, and the opinion of hundreds more, Christina Cosmetics is running a SCAM!

Me too how do I cancel??? I never authorized any auto payment either and they keep charging my card I can’t cancel either I had to file a complaint against them through my bank requesting the money bank since since the moneys in authorized. It is a scam I hate them!!!

When you call to make or cancel an order, you can only talk to an automated voice! I love the product, but I think it’ too expensive!

After not being able to cancel the next month’s order; I CANCELLED MY CARD! You all might want to do same. The credit card company will be more than willing to issue you a new card with a different number! Cancel the card and get a new one!

It only takes a few days to receive the new one. Once the old card is cancelled, they won’t send you any more because THEY CAN’T GET YOUR MONEY!!!

I placed my order on Jan. 28th. By Feb. 8th when I did not receive it I called to figure out how to track it (since nothing on the site allows you to and the confirmation email looks like a basic Microsoft Word document). When I called I was told that there was a back order and she apologized for not calling then said it would be shipped on the 15th of February (not realizing at the time that 2/15 is Presidents day and nothing would be shipped). I called back Monday 2/22 and Tuesday 2/23 around 4:30 and it just rang rang and rang to voicemail. I wasn't upset...maybe that was just too late to call, maybe they closed early..on both days. I called this morning 2/25..almost a month later..and it goes strait to a voicemail that says "Our office are closed for President's Day". . . . Really . . . ? Had I read the reviews I would have never placed an order. It went from understandable to frustrating to ridiculous. The drama this company is having/will have from having minimal integrity is probably not worth $47.85.

It sounds like you may have customized for once a year, but we are happy to cancel if you like. Also, if a credit card declines our system will automatically retry to process all active orders. Our company policy does not allow a cancellation from a voicemail.

We must verify your account information before cancelling and cannot do so from a voicemail. This is for your security. We aren’t sure why the customer service number you called isn’t working as we have had the same 1.800.543.7207 number for more than 10 years. I thought I was ordering a one time purchase then was billed for a second time without receiving the item. I called and explained I honestly thought it was a one time purchase. No give at all, I canceled and when I received the item did as they said "return to sender" I was punished with shipping x2 and 10% restocking fee. I called again and they don't care about customer service at all. Never again!!!

DO NOT!! I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order December 28, 2015. Today is March 7, 2016 and I have not received my order. My card was charged and it shows on my bank statement. I just received an email saying my order can't be placed due to none payment... This is a SCAM. And no one will answer the so called customer service number.. I'm very upset
