I love the products and have no intention of canceling my orders or auto-ship. BUT, I need to update the items in my auto-ship; and you can do this ONLY by calling their customer service number...

Seriously? I've been leaving messages for TWO days with no return call from a representative. This is very frustrating. I wish the company would: 1.

Have an email option in contacting customer service WITH prompt replies AND 2. Allow customers to manage their TOTAL account online - not just the "frequency of their shipments".

It would save SO many headaches for customers and your employees. It's 2017 - update your CRM program already!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: PLEASE allow your customers to manage their accounts online. Your practice is very dated..
